Alicia Valdivia was born in La Plata, capital of the state of Buenos Aires, where she studied Architecture and Fine Arts.

She uses a variety of materials , such as oil paints, acrylic and mixed techniques. With no previous sketch, colors comes first. Consecutive interventions end up in a configurative composition, discovering the presence of subjects that can be identified at some point.
